Call me crazy, I still don't know who this woman is... I mean, does she have 'any' mainstream hit songs? The only time I hear about her is when she's trash'n Beyonce to draw attention to herself. She needs to fire her publicity team if this is the best they can do...
Keri hasn't "trashed" Beyonce since the diss and that was months ago. She's had "Energy", "KNock You Down" and "SLow Dance" which all are good mainstream songs that people are into. You should expand your horizons and look her up, you might actually like her song if you give her a chance.
Now that you mention it, I recall the "Knock You Down" song once or twice... I guess my issue isn't with the Keri Hilson and Beyonce alleged 'drama' per se. It's simply the fact that Beyonce has been around for a long time and then I hear about some random relatively new artist to the mainstream world has publicly said whatever it was that she said about Beyonce.
You're right, Perhaps I should 'expand' my horizon and look her up (which I feel like I did when I initially heard of the alleged beef), but why would I do that when, in my eyes, she's already discredited herself as an artist.
With me, she had just as much of a chance as any artist does with their 'breakout' performance. But my opinion of her was formed before her music could reach my ears. I suppose I could listen to some of her songs, but why would I when the only thing I know about her is that she doesn't respect fellow artists in the same genre? That's not somebody I want crooning in my ear!
I said all that to say, I'm not really concerned with her. It's her publicity team I'm worried about. If this is the image she's creating for herself, she's stunted the growth of her vocal career before releasing her sophomore album...

Actually, I did google her. I was very specific in referencing the "growth" of her vocal career. Not whether she had money in the bank or not.
